Dabei wird ein eigens daf\u00fcr konstruierter Ventilator, der mit einer luftundurchl\u00e4ssigen Plane umgeben ist, in eine T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnung eingesetzt.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8220;BlowerDoor Test Schritt 1:&#8220;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>Der Ventilator erzeugt einen konstanten Unterdruck im ganzen Geb\u00e4ude, indem die Maschine Luft aus dem Haus saugt. Jetzt k\u00f6nnen wir alle undichten Bereiche mittels Luftgeschwindigkeitsmessger\u00e4t, k\u00fcnstlichem Rauch oder einer Infrarotkamera ermitteln und dokumentieren.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8220;BlowerDoor Test Schritt 2:&#8220;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber den Ventilator wird der Unterdruck schrittweise aufgebaut. Dabei wird gemessen, wie schnell die Luft durch m\u00f6gliche Leckagen in das Haus dringt.&nbsp;Hierbei sprechen wir von der so genannten Luftwechselrate.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8220;BlowerDoor Test Schritt 3:&#8220;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber den Ventilator wird jetzt Luft in das Geb\u00e4ude hineingeblasen. Dadurch entsteht ein \u00dcberdruck.
